I don't believe in forcing clients into rigid packages. Most businesses need different things — some need unlimited edits, some need occasional landing pages, some want to own the asset outright.
Website as a Service (monthly): You get a bespoke, hand-crafted website, premium hosting, security, and ongoing support. Pricing depends on page count, complexity, and edit needs. No hidden fees. Flexible terms. We'll discuss everything in plain English before anything is signed. Basic websites with minimal needs start around $600/mo (e.g., a 5-page website with minimal updates). Complex websites with numerous pages and custom integrations (e.g., MLS for realtors) run up to $2,500+/mo. Landing pages for ad campaigns are handled through the SEO Retainer.
SEO Retainer (monthly): Ongoing on-page and technical SEO. Includes landing pages for ad campaigns, keyword research, content optimization, meta tags, internal linking, schema updates, query fanning, and analytics reporting. Pricing depends on number of pages and how often you run ad campaigns. Plans start at $500 per month. Can be added to both WaaS and Lifetime License models.
Lifetime License (one-time): You own a lifetime license to the website. One payment. Hosting included if you want it. Ideal if you have an in-house marketing team with coding ability or prefer to pay once and be done. Pricing ranges from $8,000 to $25,000+ depending on complexity — small business vs. enterprise. Transparent pricing either way. Post-launch modifications billed per project.
Is there a downpayment? It depends on what we agree upon. But if there is one, I offer multiple options — upfront payment, milestone-based, or even spreading it out throughout the contract. We'll discuss what works for your project.
