These Terms of Website Use ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Matthew Williams ("I," "me"). These Terms only govern your access to and use of this specific portfolio website (the "Site").

These Terms DO NOT govern the provision of any freelance services, quotes, or client contracts, which are subject to a separate, written Service Agreement. By accessing the Site, you accept these Terms.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

The Site contains intellectual property owned by me and licensed from third parties.

My Original Work: I own the copyright to the original site design, code structure, written content, and portfolio examples I created.
Third-Party Assets: Certain components (fonts, icons, libraries) are used under license and remain the property of their respective owners.
Prohibited Use: You may not copy, scrape, or reuse any Site content without my express written permission.

3. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

These Terms, along with the Privacy Policy and California Privacy Rights document, govern your use of the Site. They do not supersede any separate written contract for freelance services.
