Your California Privacy Rights

Effective Date: December 4th, 2025

CCPA/CPRA Compliance

This page explains your rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and how to exercise them.

Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

I do not sell or share personal information as defined by the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA).

I do not exchange your personal data for monetary compensation or other valuable consideration with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising.

The third-party services I use (email and telecom providers for transmitting your contact, Cloudflare for security and hosting) are considered "service providers" under CCPA/CPRA who process data only to provide services to me.

Formal Opt-Out Request

If you are a California resident and wish to formally exercise your right to opt-out of any potential future sale or sharing of personal information, please contact me using the designated methods listed in the "Exercise Your Rights" section below.

Note: I honor all privacy rights requests regardless of jurisdiction. For complete information about my data practices, please see my full Privacy Policy.

Other California Privacy Rights

California residents also have the right to:

Right Description
Know/Access Request the specific pieces of personal information I have collected about you.
Deletion Request deletion of your personal information, subject to legal exceptions.
Correction Request correction of inaccurate personal information.
Non-Discrimination Not receive discriminatory treatment (e.g., denial of services, higher prices) for exercising any of your privacy rights.

Exercise Your Rights

To exercise any of your California privacy rights, you must submit a verifiable consumer request using one of the two designated methods below. I will respond to requests within 45 days as required by law.

For California residents: You may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf by providing written permission. I may need to verify both your identity and the agent's authorization.
